Warranty Terms for Monogram
With 7-day replacement policy.
A replacement will be issued only if: - It is found to be defective - It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession. - The product is not different from what was shipped to you. - The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, user manual, warranty card, and all the
accessories therein).
Ineligible products: - Products that have a defect after 7 days. Please raise a warranty claim or service request in this case with Conlins
Service Center - If you receive an incorrect/damaged/different product and bring it to our notice beyond 24 hours of delivery - Products that have been mishandled and therefore damaged - If you have ordered the product by mistake and not canceled the order before dispatch
With 1 year warranty
Referring to the 1 year period given for any machine service or repair at no charge to the owner.
This covers the 6 months warranty on machine internal parts; thermal fuse, heater, pump, board. Meanwhile, external
parts such as water tank, body, side panels, lid, drip tray, electrical cord and regular wear and tear not included.
This limited warranty does not apply to any defect resulting from negligence, accident, misuse, connection to improper
power supply, unauthorized product modification or repair, fire, damaged by natural calamities, infestation.
Note: Client must bring or send their machine to Conlins Service Center Las Piñas for the free maintenance service.
The Transfer / transport of equipment is shouldered by client.
A service charge will apply to out of warranty machines.
