I.Interpretation
“Company” means Store (input details)
“Customer” means purchaser or buyer of goods
“Goods or Item” means product set out in the Order
“Order” means set out in purchase order form
“Terms” means terms and condition of retail sale

II.Application
The terms apply to all customer or buyer for the sale of goods
No amendment, alteration, waiver or cancellation of any these terms is binding on the Store unless confirmed

Determined at the time of order and prior to deposit payment, are subject to change without notice

IV.Shipping Deals
Order online and enjoy FREE shipping right at your door step however, free shipping applies on the following conditions:
1. Purchase Order starting Php1000.00 pesos
2. Valid in all areas of Metro Manila only.
3. Areas are not covered may apply delivery charges for remote areas which extended by our trusted courier (Xend, Fasttrak Courier Services, LBC Express Padala)

V.Shipping Lead Time and Tracking Information
Metro Manila and Cebu Areas deliver in 2 to 5 calendar days (except Sunday & Holidays)
Non-Metro Manila areas deliver in 2 to 12 calendar days (except Sunday & Holidays)

Customer may pick up their order on the following branches near you and are open every Monday to Sunday from 10:30am to 10:00pm)

VII.Cancellation
In the event of defect in the product, customer must immediately notify us on the contact number given the Head Office number to immediately entertain your concerns. No Order maybe cancelled, modified or deferred without prior confirmation as such, Store will reimbursed the purchase order once received the confirmed cancellation by the Head Office.
